"I don't know what it is but the only time I get a good cup of coffee is at 3 am on my way to work. Any other time it sucks taste like it sat all day use to come here 3 or 4 times a day now 1 time a day the other I drive to Salem Dunkin and get my coffee always fresh there it's like the younger ppl working don't care like the midnight crew."

"I am never greeted if I go inside to order at this location. The workers seem as if they are inconvenienced that customers are inside. Drive thru customers take priority. I've stood at the register for almost 10 minutes before I was ever even looked at. Also, workers are very loud and carrying on while trying to sit and enjoy your food or drinks. Very unprofessional environment."

"The workers are always friendly and sailing. Coffee is awesome, although they do not have French vanilla Creamer. So it's just Creamer and French vanilla syrup. I would definitely recommend anything Paramount machiato, and if you ask them for extra extra caramel, they will give it to you. Sometimes they may charge you a little bit extra, but it's not like Starbucks. It's a hell of a lot better."

"The store is set up so nice, with a fireplace! The girls behind the counter were efficient and pleasant. However, when am item that was already paid for was not in stock, they were dumbfounded as to how to handle it. They said only management can do a refund and they had no management on shift. I asked if thats a regular occurrence, they said yes. That definitely seems like an issue that should not be put on non-management personnel. Such a shame, training lacking~ back on management. WE asked if we could substitute another item and they agreed."

"I tend to either pick up or drive thru on my way to work… this past week my coffee’s have been absolutely terrible. First time I ended up with 5 Carmel and 4 butter pecan when I asked for 4 and 1 in a large. Second the flavor was on the bottoms of cup and no ice, 3rd day I ordered, went in and no order was put through. It was definitely put through. Told the lady what I wanted 3x and she didn’t comprehend putting it in the computer to order. I wish everyone was trained the same making coffee’s, because they are never the same. Too sweet or too strong.. never consistent"
