"Good care.. Like the staff and Dr Lee. I was really scared about this whole thing and everyone understands"

"Expect inconsistent treatment every time. What they told you last appointment will be the opposite when you show up next round. When you try to save time, they make sure they actively waste 30+ min of your time. You can show up 30 minutes early & it makes no difference whatsoever. They told me my treatment would be an hour from now on. It has been no less than three to four hours. They fail to tell you it takes two to three hours for them to figure anything out. They say a test will take one minute. I’m going on 30 minutes of waiting for this test. I hate that the best option for me is three hour drive away. They know us patients around here don’t have much of a choice in where we get treatment so they just don’t care. It’s been almost two years of inconsistency. I’m so sick of that alone. We’re already going though a hard time & they actively ensure they’re making it worse, every step of the way."

"It started out great. It’s deteriorating exponentially over the past year. My husband is wondering why it is like pulling teeth with them. It’s now devolved into a nightmare. There’s no internet, no cell reception so if you’re here for a whole day, be prepared to listen to (not watch because you can’t see anything; the tv’s are ancient) an unwatchable tv that was in my labor/delivery room, 18 years ago. They never schedule appointments correctly, causing me to wait forever. I’m a 100% permanently & totally disabled war veteran. Today I was the first person in the building. It’s been TWO hours & nothing is happening. I show up for my appointment & they say I don’t have one. Then I say yes I do. They talk to the people in the back. What do you know, I do have an appointment. They don’t even have the extremely common medication here on site so you have to wait for that. You don’t see the same doctor, you see a different person every time. They will tell you one thing then do the exact opposite only to realize that I was actually right all along. I was the first person in the building but because Angie never schedules my appointments in the computer, it’s a several hour debacle. Then when you mention it, the nurses get cranky about being called out. I even defended them to my husband when he brought it up first. I said, “maybe she’s new”. But he’s sick of them jerking around a war vet with ptsd & stage 4 cancer. They gaslight you & then tell you to just keep advocating for yourself. I’m sick of having to advocate for something as simple as taking 30 seconds to schedule the appointment, beyond just telling me when to come in. Because they don’t schedule my appointments, they just tell me to come in at such & such time. It takes forever to get fixed. They make you feel bad when you do advocate for yourself, especially one of the vitals techs in the front room. She will make you feel worthless with a quickness. The rest of the people I’m the front room for vitals are very nice but that one lady, well if you know, you know. I don’t believe she or anyone with that clear lack of empathy should work anywhere near oncology. After an entire year, I still don’t have a regular doctor here. Hopefully this review doesn’t get me kicked out of treatment. They’re nice until they make mistakes then get mad at the patient for wondering why it’s such a struggle every time here."

"Meh....the staff that takes your vitals and the nurses in the back are great. The other doctors and RNs are ok at best. Long wait times and substandard care."

"If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I called a month before my appointment to verify the appointment was for me, without knowing I even had a referral there... they said yes. So I go to the appointment and they call me as I’m walking in to say the doctor doesn’t think he needs to see me because he had just reviewed my chart THAT MORNING. I get pulled back into a room so the doctor can tell me why he doesn’t need to see me, and with my severe anxiety I’m clearly upset and the doctor proceeds to talk over me and begins to yell at me. Dr. Lee the hematologist was HIGHLY unprofessional and I wish no one ever has the experience I did while visiting this office."
