"Dr. Klain is very arrogant. The initial visit he's talking like his first concern is the patient. I thought wrote, a doctor that truly cares. Then the next visit I started to tell him I was on Prednisone since 2019 so I could work. I wanted to see what could be done so I could get off of it. Instead of listening he raises his voice, adorns out and sent someone else in to give me the referral to the pain clinic. STRIKE ONE. Then i had a paper from my bank for insurance on my car loan that an area the first attendinding physician was supposed to fill out, which he refused, and wouldn't even give his nurses a reason why. He rather see someone lose what they worked hard for, and paid for(a $23,000 2014 Jeep Wrangler which was down to$6,000.00) than fill out a small area on an insurance paper on his diagnosis. So if you have anything like that, i would definitely NOT see him, he rather someone lose things than sign his name. Strike 2. Talk about the God syndrome. On the phone when they said he refused, I did get very upset and day he'll get his, which itruly believe what goes around comes around. What we put out, we'll get back. Then they send me a letter saying they dropped me a a patient. Wake up, I did NOT plan on coming back. There ARE truly good doctors out there, I don't need to see an arrogant one that doesn't listen that has the God syndrome."

"I see Lindy Falls at Dr. Klain's offic3. She is very caring and thorough with every visit. She has gone out of her way to ensure that I get the medications I need and in a timely manner. She is not judgemental like a lot of doctor I have came across because of my tattoos, piercings, and my past. I love having her as my primary heslth care provider and I recommend her as well as the whole office. Lastly, they have 2 conv3nient locations in Blairsville and in Indiana."
