"this place is horrible. had an appointment set for 3pm on the 25th of january and they call me the day before and tell me the doctor isn’t going to be in so we need to reschedule. and then they tell me the next available day is march 21st at 4pm. i took off work to make the appointment and now im supposed to wait 3 more months. they’re latest appointment is 4pm and they’re closed on weekends. place blows and the people were rude when i went for my first appointment"

"I was seen shortly after I got there, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Lopez is very thorough, has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable. He doesn’t do unnecessary work."

"The office is very nice, and the employees are great. They are always friendly and pleasant to speak with. My only complaint would be that the bathroom cleanliness could be better. But overall, I really like the office, the people who work here, and their dental work. I would definitely recommend!"

"Yesterday I arrived for a cleaning at 10:20am and my appointment was at 10:30. I was not called to the back until 11am. My teeth were eventually cleaned after waiting some more but then I still had to sit there for the final dentist to come and inspect my mouth. I sat there waiting in the back until 11:45am. I ultimately ended up walking out at 11:45am before being seen by the last dentist because simply I had to go to work. This place does NOT respect your time but tells you to come early. This is not the first time this place has kept me waiting but it’ll be the last because I will not be returning. Read the reviews and don’t waste your time."

"Had an appointment today at 9:30am and sat in the waiting room until 10:10am. Finally went to reception to find out how much longer it would be and after doing some checking for around two minutes, they take me back. Once I get in the back, I ask how long will it be, I'm told that there is one person before me once the hygienist finishes the person they're working on. Mind you, I'm there for a cleaning and check-up. I said we'll have to reschedule and left telling them I will call later to reschedule. I will not be returning. I have to find another dentist because this practice is just not mindful of peoples time. This is not the first time I've sat around in this place. I couldn't do it today as I had to get back to work. What gets me is that they make you sign all this paperwork regarding no-shows and lateness but expect you to be in there for 2+ hours for a cleaning and check-up. What do the patients get for their time? Management at this place is severely lacking. In the past I've left messages with no return calls and tried for days to get a live person on the phone. They're getting better about the communication part, but they still have issues. It's a shame because the people in there are nice and overall I've been happy with their work but they need to work on their scheduling."
