"Horrible! No help from therapists ~ just old school by the book, not updated for specific situations. Billing and insurance is horrible! Don’t waste your time! If you needs meds, only ask for Tarah, or you’ll get the grump man! The only people I will give excellent props to, is Tarah (meds) and Stacy, receptionist. They are great. I will only go there for Tarah. She’s wonderful!"

"The wait times are very long, they do not answer the phone when you call and they do not call you back after you leave a message for help. It feels like there is never a person to talk to when you are trying to get answers for medical records or refills or appointments. You will speak to the voicemail more than a human."

"If I could rate as a 0 I would. Never get any calls returned. Patient portal is a waste of time. Constant battle with billing. Called to make payments over the phone, told to use portal. They put all the bills under my husbands account so I didn’t know where to find these bills until we racked up $900!!! It’s a shame because I love my therapist but hate this office. Now I have no meds, can’t pay $900 and can’t make an appointment. And the insurance modifiers were wrong so it wasn’t even billed correctly!!! Unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable!!"
