"Avoid Katie at all costs. She has tried to end session 15+ minutes early and then sighs when you say you would like the full session you paid for. She is very judgmental and blames and shames clients for things that are clearly out of their control such as their birth circumstances. She constantly made false assumptions about me and compared me to her other clients in a negative way. She would constantly sigh and roll her eyes making me feel like a burden simply for wanting therapy. She will terminate you without letting you know when your last session is and without giving you a reference to another therapist (even after telling you previously that she would). She comes off as nice at first but eventually shows her true colors. There are probably other good therapists at this practice but they are a large company and seem to only be interested in your money. They tried to get me to subscribe to a monthly fee (in addition to regular cost) without any benefits for the monthly fee and made me print out a form to sign to get out of it. I would recommend finding a real practice or someone in private practice as the therapist I had to find on my own after this horrible experience has been incredible. I have had many therapists in my life due to moving around and life changes and always had either a positive experience or someone who just wasn’t a great match. I have never be treated so unprofessionally and horribly before. Edit: They can’t even read and get my name right, that’s how careless this company is. I contacted them like they said, yet they did not do anything about it other than file a complaint without any actions being taken about it. They don’t seem to care about clients being harmed, judged, rushed out, and treated unprofessionally as long as Katie is bringing money in for them by taking advantage of vulnerable patients. Fortunately, there are still good therapists and agencies out there if you look at solo-practitioners and at other agencies that treat you as a human being."

"Buyer beware! Instead of scheduling me at the nearby facility I requested,Thriveworks gave me an appointment 2 hours away, then charged me when I realized that day and canceled. I called and was told they would "escalate my concern" and someone would call me back but they never did, just helped themselves (to more money than they had quoted as their cancellation fee) out of my bank account. Also note, when I called to cancel they offered to change the appointment to telehealth even though I was looking for in person, would never see the therapist again, and wouldn't receive any benefit--but they would get their money from my insurance company. In other words, if I had helped them commit insurance fraud against my health insurer, they wouldn't have charged me. They are running a scam, don't deal with them. PS you can't get through to their billing office at all-- the 7 minute wait time quoted at the beginning of my call is now 27 and counting. They must have a lot of irate customers!"

"Marsha Bellamy is amazing! We talked two times and I'm learning and educating myself on protecting me peace. This is a great network! Love that you can zoom and doesn't take up time to travel for some therapy. Highly suggest you try it! Everyone needs a little guidance once in a while. Treat yourself! You deserve it!"

I can recall back to my first visit with her where she taught me how to better express my feelings, how to talk myself out of an anxiety attack and how to set boundaries; in very practical ways as they apply to my life. She is very reliable with keeping appointments and scheduling, and has always made me feel comfortable and welcome. She continues to help me recognize and unravel my personal challenges with such patience and compassion. She’s a great communicator, as she takes the time to help me gain clarity; with mindfulness exercises, such as meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and art therapy. My progress with Haley has helped me feel empowered, grounded and capable, toward living a more well balanced life. I'm always grateful for the opportunity to work with her!"
