The staff are all so nice and one told me told me the doctors are all great at what they do and they love working there. Does not get better than that. I know I am in good hands. I have never been so comfortable in a dental chair. No pain at all. So grateful I found this practice."

"When your dentists says, let’s put this in now (yellow crown) and we’ll do it later, say no! I used to be a loyal patient to dental arts! I loved the office, people, and it’s next door to farm pediatrics! I was one of their first patients when they added ortho. I know this because the first orthodontist left after being paid for the Invisalign then they transferred me to dental solutions (which my ortho guy was a mad old man) I had to fire him bc of his attitude. Then I had to go back to dental arts to complete the process. The new ortho guy appeared to be legit! Until I asked if my overbite is not getting better it got worse. He quickly told me to not go any further with the rest of the trays, I had at least 10 trays left. Now when I talk, my front teeth bite my lower lip. I hate it now I have a more pronounced overbite. No one ever called me to apologize for my terrible ortho experience but when I called yesterday, to chat about my yellow cracked crown, the office manager told me that I should’ve done this in 2019 after I completed Invisalign. You would think after paying 6k for Invisalign and whatever for the crown, I should receive some type of discount. I received no call back. The dentist didn’t say I would replace this crown only if it’s not cracked, or only right after Invisalign. Why would anyone voluntarily come back to a dentist before the life span of the crown. Last only 6yr instead of ten (the recommended time to replace). I’m so disappointed at my Invisalign experience I want to cry. When you call Invisalign, and complain, they say who was your provider. It was on him to make sure my teeth were tracking to be straight. The top teeth only straightened. I can wear tray 1 and the last tray still bc there was no real movement or shift in teeth. The office manager made me feel bad that I stopped coming and I’m asking her why would I come back? But no response, smh management!"

"Dr Lehnes and his crew gave my wife a really bad bottom partial. The teeth keep coming out, it broke in half and now has more teeth loose and or out and the base is cracking. Lady told her to run under hot water before inserting which other dentists say they never heard of. We are going monday morning and They to need to replace these with new whole set as we all know these were not cheap !! Update: theh fixed them but they broke again !! Thjs form of denture is obviously not very a very good one.. need better product especially at the rate they charge !! AND THEY JUST TRIED TO HAND THE DENTURE BACK TO US ONLY PARTIALLY REPAIRED WITH A RIDICULOUS ANSWER AS TO WHY IT IS NOT DOE RIGHT !!! DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTICE !! My wife goes away for a month tomorrow and denture is still not ready !!! I AM STARTING TO GET REALLY UPSET RATHER THAN JUST ANNOYED !!!!!"

"Dr Sandeau is an amazing surgeon. Had a bad panic attack the first time I tried to get my wisdom teeth done but it got to the point where I had to reschedule. So glad that did not happen again. They were very accommodating to my needs. I Just got my wisdom teeth done today and I’m so happy with the results. Thank you Dr Sandeau and his amazing team."

"Just had my 6 month cleaning, and needed to come back for a filling fix on one of my fillings that has been there for years. I was skeptical about seeing a new dentist but it was a great experience from start to finish. Dr.Shawi (who is new to the practice) treated me like I was someone who had been his patient for years. He explained everything step by step and was SO patient with a difficult placement of my filing fix. Still remain a happy customer of DAOSJ."
