"I went in for my first visit here ever, and my hygienist was Fotiny. She was incredibly nice and made my visit very pleasant. I was nervous to come in as I haven’t had a cleaning in a while, but she made the experience more than pleasant. She made me laugh and explained the importance of routine maintenance, all while keeping a smile on my face. I’ll definitely recommend Fotiny at Dental Professionals! Thank you Fotiny!!!"

"I followed my favorite dental hygienist, Fotiny, to a new dental office in old Orchard. What a great experience. After I set my first appointment due to a scheduling conflict on my part I needed to reschedule. The new appointment was very easy to set up. I met and had an exam with Dr. Moeller. The doctor was great and I look forward to working with her in the future. Now back to my favorite dental hygienist. I’ve been going to Fotiny for dental cleaning‘s for quite some time now. Fotiny has a very positive and pleasant approach. She is thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable of her profession. I always look forward to my appointments with her."

"The receptionists there are unprofessional. They are terrible with scheduling people at the times the appointment is set for. They use an excuse about how initial paperwork takes fifteen minutes. When really it takes one minute to answer a couple questions. So if you set an appointment for a time be ready to wait a very long time. Lots of people waiting in the waiting room. Especially when people are getting sick a lot nowadays, it's probably not a good idea to sit and wait for a long time in a small room. If you enjoy sitting around waiting, this is the place for you. Very unprofessional. Not sure why they give an attitude when asking to reschedule because it takes so long. They need to be organized and have less attitude. They're more interested in gossiping in the workplace than doing their job correctly. Would not recommend to anyone else."

"My experience with this office has been very frustrating, to say the least. I came into the Chicago office on August 3rd to be scanned for an oral appliance to treat my sleep apnea. I came back in on September 7th for the fitting. The top portion fit well, but the bottom did not fit at all and had to be rescanned. I had another appointment 2 weeks later that was cancelled because the bottom appliance was not delivered by the lab yet. It's Nov. 1st tomorrow and I'm still waiting, close to two months. I've called to no avail, including last Wednesday Oct. 26th. I was told the lab would be notified and I would be called back. Close to a week and no call. If I had known this would be such a long, frustrating process I would have gone somewhere else. I find it necessary to add an addendum to this review. The office obviously read my 2 star original review. I figured they had because they called the next morning apologizing for my frustrations. The appliance had arrived but still needed some adjustments so I made an appointment. In the afternoon I received an email from the dentist, Dr. Schwartz. I was happy because he took full responsibility. Also, how often do doctors personally call patients these days, very rarely I believe. Anyway, I will definitely give them another chance to make this right. Apologies are not always given by businesses these days so I'm impressed that they did. John Fitzgerald"

"Amazing, professional, top notch team! I recently had veneers of my front teeth done by Dr. Bryan Jacobs, a board certified prosthodontist. He was meticulous and extremely detail oriented. My veneers look and feel so great, much better than my teeth before. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs and the practice. The entire team, both front desk and clinic, is skilled, respectful and very kind. They give me a reason to smile more :)"
