"I didn’t think this organization was unprofessional as it was. I had a near fatal car accident on June 1 and was scheduled for an interview 6/4 at 2pm. I called the office and let them know what had happened and that I would still like to come in for the interview. The only nice thing I have to say about is Sherry, she allowed me to send my resume to her email since my car is totaled and I have 3 spine fractures and a lung contusion. I really wanted this interview. Today on the day of the interview, I made numerous calls about rescheduling and did not hear back from anyone. The only information I received was that the receptionist forwarded my concern to the HR Director but I never heard back since. It is now 4:12pm. I would’ve thought they could have made proper accommodations but I guess not based on he reviews I’ve seen here. This is extremely unprofessional and I pray this never happens to anyone else!"

"I have been going to It Takes a Family in Cinniminson since early March, and my experience here has been nothing but awful. The staff is rude (especially their one secretary, who every time we called, gave me and my mother a very hard time). It is impossible to make appointments at this place, especially with the APN, who seems to only be here once every two months. They changed my counselor without telling me, because my old one left without telling me. They’re very unorganized. I have heard that they switch people’s appointment times without telling them. If I had to recommend this place to someone, I wouldn’t."

"To be honest, I have no clue what some of these people who have given negative reviews are talking about. I’ve been going here for a little less than a year now and have nothing but good experiences. I will admit that there have been times when I’ve waited to see my therapist past the time I was scheduled, but I understand that this is a place that deals with mental health. Sometimes there are emergencies with other clients, and sometimes things just happen that leave the therapist behind on their schedule. The receptionist has always been awesome to me. My therapist is an angel and has seriously helped me a lot. I feel welcome and comfortable at this place. Definitely would recommend to someone else."
