"I did give this place a 5 star but now down to a 2 The staff is changing Something went wrong with one of my appts I called to get stuff taken care of They said that I have to go back to get re evaluated by a PT Not sure why It wasnt even a month since I was there I was to busy going to drs and a chiro to make sure there was nothing serious going on I went to see the PT and he was supposed to clear me to see a PTA Well I called to reschedule an appt and she said I have to see a PT not a PTA Really aggravated at this point with this place I am disabled so it is hard for me to travel for a lot of appts This was very convenient for me Fast forward they moved to a bldg that you have a very hard time parking You have to go from one bldg to another which is a pain One of the boys that work there embarrassed me the other day So i will not be going back also they are charging my insurance 60 dollars for me to do exercises there I can google online and figure it out If I need some really solid PT I will go elsewhere at this point This place isnt for me anymore BLESSINGS"

"I absolutely love coming here. I come 3 times a week because of a broken leg and surgery i had on my leg. My physical therapist Josh is amazing !!! They're all amazing here. They do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you arent in any pain. If you are in pain they make sure to take the steps to make you as comfortable as possible. They helped me go from barely being able to walk to walking with crutches to not having to use the crutches at all!!!!!!! As far as Covid is concerned they wipe down everything before and after you've used it. They make sure their hands are sanitized and everyone is wearing masks. I recommend Cawley to everyone anymore!!!"
