"My Grandson decided to join the wrestling team this year. I had no clue of what gear he needed. Wondering around the store for a minute looking for a few things, store associate (Kyle) asked if we needed help...yes please!! He answered all our questions, showed us where we could find what we were looking for and offered insite on a few items. We were able to purchase what we needed thanks to Kyle!! I truly appreciate all his help and time!"

"Stopped in to pick up some soccer shoes and gear for my son on Labor Day weekend. Everyone was super nice. The store was very clean And well organized. When we made our way over to the shoe area, my son and I were a bit overwhelmed by all the soccer cleat choices and I had no idea what size he was in now since hitting a major growth spurt over summer. Immediately, a very nice gentlemen came over and assisted my son in finding his exact size as well as helped him try on different shoes that were comfortable to him. He went above and beyond to assist us and gave my boys a few pointers -since he was a soccer player too- as well made some funny jokes to make them laugh. I was surprised when we checked out that most items were on sale and the total Was way lower than I expected. I was also offered a 1 year warranty on the goalie gloves for a few bucks in case anything happened to them, which I accepted. What I thought was going to be a frustrating experience due my lack of knowledge in soccer and all the gear needed and how to size my son for it all, turned into a pleasant shopping experience. I def recommend shopping here and will for sure be back."

"A+++ Customer Service! Went to get my nieces and nephews baseball gear today and they were incredibly helpful from the second we walked in. Each employee, from the sporting section, to the shoes, fitting rooms, and cashing out were all exceptionally friendly, and helpful. They acknowledged us first, as well as went out of there ways to assists and make sure we were getting what we needed. $300+ later, we got all we needed, and was very satisfied. Great, clean, and large store with everything we were searching for in stock. This store knows how to do customer service and business as it should be done. We were in today around 6p (4-7-21), I'm bad with names but for honorable mention the two guys specifically working shoes and baseball area as well as the blonde female running the first register, were all awesome. Great job!"

"I just want to say I got my kayak at Dick's Sporting Goods and they were awesome! After being super super helpful with me at the Mansfield location (the friggin manager walked out to my car with me two different times to measure my roof rack and make sure everything was going to fit-and also helped me carry everything out to my car!) we found out that they did not have the color Peyton picked out for me in stock. So they looked and found out that it would be available at the Polaris location. Got it set up so I could go down and get it today and wouldn't have to wait for/pay for shipping. And then the staff down at the Dick's/Field and Stream in Polaris were amazing too!!!"
