"Had my massage cancelled 2 hours before my appointment that I waited 3 wks to get a weekend appt. Website states clients need to give 6 hr cancelation window or there is a charge. I guess they do not extend that courtesy to the client. Instead of offering to reschedule at a discount, offer a giftcard, or find someone to cover. The owner assured me I wouldn't be charged for her canceling, which makes no sense since I was not that one that cancelled last minute."
