"Beth is amazing and sharone is a sweetheart. Even after one visit my 15 yr old grandaughter felt better. Bc beth listens and gives feedback. However not really feelin that practioner .or the guy trainee she just thought would be ok to be in the session without even thinking weather it would be ok i with us. Thats rude. would say more but i wont. We will continue going there bc of beth ."

"These people do not listen to you. I have adhd and ocd. I also have migraines and narcolepsy. My narcolepsy causes me to have auditory hallucinations every once in awhile. And my migraines cause me to see static, floaters, and smell smoke right before the migraine comes on. I regret telling them that because they diagnosed me with schizoaffective disorder and I have no idea where they even got that from. I stopped seeing the therapist and tried to continue with the nurse practitioner. I had told her buspar helped me a little bit in the past and Prozac did not help me. She proceeded to tell me her patients don’t do well on buspar and do amazing on Prozac. It’s like she views people as a whole and forgets everybody has different experiences with medication. I then requested lamotrigine because it’s supposed to help stabilize your mood and help with migraines and once again she told me no and that her patients don’t do well on it. I’ve read amazing reviews about lamotrigine and she put me on a medication that has worse reviews than the one I wanted to try. She always says “I don’t like that medication” or “I like that medication” like I’m sorry but it’s not about you or your recovery. I do not like doctors who don’t let you have a say in YOUR recovery treatment. Thank god I’ve been seeing a new therapist and psychiatrist the past couple of months who allow me to have a say in my treatment plan. And this doctor is smart enough to know that hallucinations from narcolepsy and migraines are completely different than schizoaffective disorder."

"This place started out good..it progressively just got to a bad place and awkward to be there- then I was completely forgotten about, while trying to get medication straightened out and starting a new one that have serious side effects. They just let me fall right through the cracks proving how broken the mental health system is and why people don't get help because nobody really cares."
