"Best place to have a caseworker. I had two of them and both are phenomenal. I haven’t had a good caseworker in years until I came here."

"I recently got a referral to send my child here to be evaluated. The phone number doesn't even work! I get a message that says "voice-mail has not been set up" and then it hangs up, tried looking at their website and it's bare bones, no other contact information available. How can I schedule for a place I can't even reach?"

"I was with this agency for a year now and we had tech that was coming to our house, Emily Pettit. I am telling you her name not because I am petty because I am not. If I was petty I would have reported her one of the 30 some times she had canceled. No I am telling you her name because I would never want this to happen to another kiddo and their family. she abruptly just stopped coming last week. this is after the week before she told me she had a mental breakdown in the middle of a client and canceled on me. hey, we all have those days. I sent out a text over the weekend worried about her and after texting her today to ask if she was coming someone from the office strangely called me (they NEVER call) she told her superiors that I yelled at her and she didn’t feel comfortable coming to my house. I have documented every time she had a breakdown or she had family issues every single week that led to a cancellation. And when I asked her superiors if they wanted that they did not even care. I feel so scared for the kiddos that get treated by this company. Emily led me to believe that she was a solid resource and that she would always be there for us. We loved Emily. I am truly sick. Not only that we lost her but that she told her superiors that the reason was something that never happened after gaining our trust and love for the past year.I look back and think about how many of those ‘bad families’ she used to tell me about (breakingHIPA)I’m sure she just walked out on like she did my son. You would think her supervisors would care to know that information.I’m not sure what’s going on with her because for the past six months she has been missing at least one appointment a week and blaming it on her family situation (or maybe that was all lies also) but I would never want this to happen to any other autistic child and their parent who is just trying to navigate through life. I feel so vulnerable because I let her into my home.I brought her into our lives. She came to my sons school and then all of a sudden when it wasn’t convenient for her anymore she just stopped coming and didn’t answer any of my texts. All of which we’re just worried about her well-being since she said she had a breakdown the previous week. I feel so stupid now that her superior told me that she said I yelled at her. I would never yell at Emily she was only there to help. I did question if we were going anywhere with only doing one hour a day 1 to 2 days a week. But I would never yell at her. Which makes me wonder how many times she actually told her superiors she was at my house when she really canceled. It makes me question everything. The only reason we stayed with this agency was because of Emily. I came to them last year because Akron Children’s Neuro was just too far away and I couldn’t get in very often. Plus we were on an even longer waiting list for in-home services. The nurse practitioner they referred me to Johnson healthcare was AWFUL, and the doctor, Dr. Derek, was AWFUL. The nurse practitioner they sent me to requested me to get a full psychiatric diagnosis from Dr. Derek and he did not do that. The paper that I got was no psychiatric diagnosis. And when I asked to come back to get the full psychiatric diagnosis because that’s what the NP wanted, he refused to see us which is much like another review that I read. How odd that they allow places like this to stay open when they’re dealing with our fragile children. I will tell you that the NP miss Johnson and Dr. Derek were nothing compared to the disappointment that we experienced with Emily Pettitt. She is what you would call a wolf in sheep’s clothing. I am not even mad. I am more sad and sick that people do these things to families with special needs kids that are just struggling to get by. Please go anywhere other than this place you will be disappointed eventually. like I said mine came in doses, so I stayed for a year. Be careful who you let come into your home and near your children. PLEASE DON’T respond to this and try to save face or I will post pics of texts you didn’twant2see"

"If i could give a 0 i would. After waiting several months for an appointment they canceled the first appointment. It took several weeks to get another scheduled. Then after spending the time and paying for several hours of intake in one day for my two young kids they called to say they decided they were not going to continue to see us and that was it. No wonder they have one of the worst ratings in the area. Also the office is some dank place in a way back parking lot that should have been torn down years ago. Seriously do not waste your time, energy or money on this place run by buffoons with broken uncomfortable chairs. How does this place not even have enough seating?"

"I only put a 1 because I couldn't put zero. I called to ask them about counseling services. The lady that answered the phone was VERY RUDE, had a very bad attitude and a nasty tone. She said she would call me back after she found out what I wanted to know. But never heard back from her. That's been over 2 weeks. Even if she did call me back I would NOT go there anyhow because of how spoke to me. So I would NOT recommend this place."
