"I am reading some of these comments saying the front desk is rude! 1st of all you have to give respect to get it those girls work hard and have a hard enough job as it is dealing with different attitudes everyday cut them a break they have been nothing but professional to me! Dr Brest.Brogan.Sabato are amazing I love how they treat me as a patient! And Paige omg she is so amazing she always helped me in any matter! "I love Dr.Brest and Dr.Brogan. BUT THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE TERRIBLE! They always have attitudes and smart remarks. Why work in a field of helping people but you come to work with nasty attitudes. I will not be using the Lankenu office anymore solely because of the 2 front desk staff."

"My husband and I are preparing to have a baby, so I try to schedule an appointment with Dr. Brogan. Since the phone number is the only contact available, I called almost six times to try to set an appointment but ALL FAILED. It’s either no one picking up the phone during business hours or someone telling me they were having lunch from 12-2! After I called again after 2, it’s still not available. The lady who picked up the phone said that they would call me back, and they NEVER called me back. I took one last try calling them around 9 in the morning; the lady ended the phone call when I even haven’t finished my words. My experience is so terrible, and I would not recommend this clinic."
