"Dr. Scott Bailey is one of the best doctors I have ever met in my entire life. He should train other doctors how to handle patients in general. That being said, their billing service is horrible. I had one of the bills coded wrong so my insurance didn't want to pay it naturally. The code was something totally off. The bill went to 4th notice. After a year of back and forth bill stopped coming in. The recent thing is that they sent a simple pap test to a wrong lab even though i updated insurance info with their front desk 1.5 years ago. I am keep getting sporadic emails from their accountant D.H. without offering any solution. It seems they are waiting for me to pay for the bill. I love doctor Bailey but unfortunately i cannot recommend this office any more. My coworker (long term patient as well) also had billing problems. And I don't even write online reviews. I am sooo disappointed."

"I love dr Bailey. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He quickly and accurately diagnosed issues I was having and helped me during a rough pregnancy. Sometimes there is a wait but, he is delivering babies and takes pregnant women experiencing problems first so I am willing to wait for a professional who cares. The front staff can be hit or miss some are nice and awesome others suck but that is almost anywhere you go."

"Nice doctors at this practice but consistently running an hour to two hours behind seeing patients . Very frustrating . Also the phones don’t work at times which makes calling with a question difficult ... and the front desk sometimes picks up and puts you right on hold without even asking. I really like Dr. Almonte and Bailey just wish they were more reliable with their appointments"
