"My son had been with Dr Jump for probably 14 years or so and we never had any issues until recently. My son moved away to college and now it’s next to impossible to get an appointment with this office. I had previously tried to get him an appointment during his Christmas break and Spring Break and they said they were booked. I just tried calling to make an appointment for this summer and was told they were booked up for the entire summer except for 1 appointment at 7am. Literally nothing else. The lady on the phone wasn’t too friendly either. Now, after 14 years, we’re forced to find a new dentist because they say they have zero openings over the next 3 months."
"Such a beautiful office with friendly and professional staff! This is where my whole family goes for our dental needs. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist and enjoy the experience, instead of dreading it! The individual TV's, flavored strawberry/vanilla/bubblegum toothpaste, friendly hygienists and toys from the treasure chest certainly do help too! Moundbuilders Dentistry also does a great job of educating us, as patients, to ensure we understand any problems we may have and ensure we receive the proper treatment plan and care! I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Ben Jump to everyone!"
