"Wow! I’ll admit that the reviews here had me on edge but the staff at this office have completely blown me away! I arrived with my partner and toddler for a 3pm appt with Dr. Davis. We checked in on time and sat in the clean and welcoming waiting area. The receptionist Tiffany called me about 3 mins later for blood pressure and samples. Once finished Sheena took my samples and showed me to a room where she took my vitals and weight very quickly and efficiently. Once in an exam room I changed and waited about 3 more mins for the dr. To come in. Dr. Davis already comes so highly recommended so I was looking forward to working with her for this pregnancy. She was immediately so warm and listened to all of my concerns. She then asked me about my history and asked what my goals were for this pregnancy. They allowed my family to join me in the room and she even asked if my partner had any concerns. All in all. This visit was a 10/10. The staff were easily some of the best I’ve come in contact with. I can definitely feel the changes happening within the Einstein network and I love it. Looking forward to working with this team moving forward."

"I appreciated the kindness of the staff and the doctor. They were prompt with my appointment time and made me feel comfortable about being a patient there. They got three stars because I repeatedly expressed my desire to have a certain procedure done while on the phone setting up the appointment. When I came for the appointment, the receptionist informed me that the call center specialist had set up my appointment with a doctor that DOES NOT perform that procedure. Staff were helpful in making myself another appointment with the correct doctor, however, I did waste time and gas due to this error in miscommunication. Overall, I would recommend this place with a caution to make sure that the purpose for the visit is documented in the system."
