"I was referred here by my primary care physician for my chronic UTI’s. Couldn’t get in until a month later which by that time my issue had gone away. My primary care prescribed me medication. Dr. Luis Espaillat was very pleasant. Explained very well about my issues and educated on what to do and how to prevent it. Process is the same as to all specialists. Location is great since it’s on a main road of S Brod St. next tk the pet store. Staff was very nice and professional. Service was busy but efficient. They do Reinforce masks which is probably the norm now for health care facilities. Overall I was glad to learn about my body and what my options are to maintain my health."

"Was in the ER after just finding out I’m expecting, and super sick. Went to the closest ER which was Abington Lansdale. Called the OB today to try and get scheduled sooner (ER doctors words) and the person who answered the phone just said to me “I don’t see any ER visits for you. Next time, drive the 10-15 miles to get here to grandview so I can easily see your visit summaries and can help you.” Extremely APPALLED that this was said. Very rude and insensitive. Especially to woman who’s pregnant, not feeling well, and who’s hormones are everywhere. grand view, do better."
