"Morgan is an amazing sales representative. I'd go as far as saying that she should be the model sales rep!!! You won't be dupped or sold for a quick buck. She is a human who cares about your needs. Taking all of your needs into consideration when making recommendations. Always willing to help with technical needs if you encounter them after a sales or months/years into owning your device. At the beginning she will break down and ensure you are well aware of what your bill and any activation fees you may encounter. 100/10 she is my go to person when I need to upgrade, add a device, or need anything. -- You build relationships with a hair stylist and realtor. I'd recommend making Morgan your go to Verizon representative. Even if she changes stores she is who I'm going to. I live in Columbus and she will go as far as arranging a delivery both in person and via mail carrier. Seriously, she is a shining star in the phone sales industry. You won't find many kind hearted sales representatives out there who are actually looking to ensure you get what you want and need."
