"I was there April 8, 2021. It was my new patient appointment. I did all paper work, I had refferal. And I waited for appointment for three month. I figured that as new patient without problems it is OK. If I have problems in the future it will be faster. I am new to the area, we just moved here a year ago from NYC and I didn't drive a car at the time. So I was looking for something in walking distance. When I was there the doctor seemed nice. As I just had everything done in NYC we just talk. Basically I wanted to establish them as my Obgyn. We spoke about my concerns and when I should come in if I got pregnant. When I was heading to check out she told me that she did not do anything so she will not bill me. I did not care because I had insurance and refferal. And today when I came with the problem to make an appointment turned out I'm not is the system and I need to do new patient appointment again, and paperwork and wait for three months. But worst of all they did not believe me that I was there. They called me a liar, and that their doctor wouldn't do anything like that. And basically I am crazy person for telling that I was here. They made me feel small, they make me feel like a fool, they made me cry. They told me that I didn't even schedule and appointment and definitely didn't have one. I found my appointment card, I found message confirming my appointment with the date and address. And they just brush it off. I don't know what they did with my paperwork. I do not know why I am not on the system. But I didn't deserve to be spoken in that way. I didn't deserve to be called fool and crazy. It's inhumane."
