"I am a faithfull customer from N.H. I originally met them while staying with my dad in Clinton as he aged. All the cobblers in NH put a 1 inch lift on one shoe and they always peel off and look amateur. I have been a customer of Charlie's for ten years now and never has my lift peeled or fell off. And it's polished to perfection! It is worth the extra money for postage to send my shoes to Charlie's Bootery! John"
"A few days after purchasing a new pair of boots (somewhere else) the plastic sole of the heel fell off. We brought the boots to Charlie’s while passing through town and they were able to take care of it for us expedited. Randy did such incredible work at an incredibly fair rate and we are so grateful. Easily would give this place and Randy’s work more stars if we were able to."
