"If I can give this location no stars I would. Let’s start with you can never talk to the right person you get transferred and put on hold over and over. I’ve been waiting for scheduling to call me with my appointment date for something life threatening for over two weeks. I called them again today and they said because someone didn’t reach out within three days they have to redo all my paperwork and ask me these questions all over again. So because someone didn’t do their job I have to keep waiting… NEVER AGAIN"

"I have been a patient of Dr. Calo for more than a year now. When I moved to Youngstown a year and a half ago, I needed to find a good physician who listens, who can help me disseminate my medical problems, and who is REAL. Dr. Calo is as real as they get! I will follow her anywhere. She is a very good listener, she is frank and open, talks through any problem I come to her with, is open-minded, and authentic. She is genuinely concerned with my health and well-being. She takes very good care of me. As for the office staff, I have found that they are equally responsive if I come in with a smile and a hello. It's difficult for many employees these days in many areas of life due to understaffing. I always give all front desk staff a break - customer service is a difficult position to fill, especially when faced with demanding and grumpy people. If you aren't one of those, you'll have zero problems with this amazing crew of people."

"I called for a authorization from a month ago. Linda was so rude and hung up on me. The Dr Calo is nice. She kept saying and……. I am a nurse and would never speak to a patient like that… pray for her and pray for me…."

My husband was on the other line. I love three way. We are talking my health and go some where is. I am not a one to leave but my health is at state."

"Calo is rude. First of all, I didn't need to know she has an IUD, I don't care about the personal lives of doctors, I want medicine, referrals, tests, and results. I don't want friendship with a provider. I want someone who can treat my medical problems! I keep notes on my phone because of memory issues and she comes in yelling at me to put it down. I have done this at all of my appts in 2 states with no one having a problem with it except her! I was actually looking at my test results online and she acted like I was on YouTube. Then she proceeds to tap on her keyboard googling internet photos the whole time! Met with this lady twice and decided that's enough. mercy health has the worst employees! She didn't answer private messages, she has other people in the office doing that. Literally never once answered her own messages or returned phone calls. Just had some unknowledgeable person who can barely pronounce words call at inappropriate times if they call back at all. I came in asking about something and she would not answer. She wasted 20 minutes of my life. She is probably swiping tinder in the back room somewhere. Not informed, not tolerable, not worth being a primary care physician."
