He delivered my son and for all of my check up appointments both the receptionist and the nurses make you feel so welcome, he was VERY thorough with making sure I understood everything at my appointments and answered all of my questions and took his time with me. "I saw Dr. Ciocca for my first pregnancy, which ended in miscarriage and d&c. I went back for my second pregnancy. At about 13 weeks, I had severe back pain, could not keep anything down, and some bright red blood. I contacted the office immediately, as I thought I could be losing the pregnancy. I waited hours for returned calls just to tell me the Dr was busy in routine appts. I eventually was able to get the staff to order an ultrasound at the hospital to check on the baby since it was clear I wouldn't be hearing from the Dr. I waited two days after and never heard from the office again, not to discuss results, check in to see how I am, or make plans to set up an appt to evaluate me. After those two days, I contacted the office to ask them to transfer my records to a new provider, as I did not feel supported or cared about by Dr Ciocca's office. The office staff was hostile toward me, questioning my decision and arguing it- as if that would change the outcome. So glad I left! The same symptoms occurred again later in my pregnancy, to which my new provider had me immediately evaluated, checked on me & the baby, and I was given medication. I see a lot of great reviews for Ciocca's office & it's unfortunate my experience was not a positive one. Glad to now feel supported by my new doctor."

"I absolutely love this office. All the staff are friendly and personable. They don't treat you like just another patient, they actually take the time to get to know you. Very accomodating with the appointments. Dr. Ciocca is wonderful. Being a first time mom he was very patient with me with all of my questions. We plan to continue using him and his wonderful staff."

"Just started going to Ciocca for my first pregnancy. So far everyone in his office has been amazing. The ladies at the desk make me feel so comfortable and talk to me as if I’m their friend. I had just left a previous job and was just hired at a new one when I found out I was pregnant, so I was in between insurance carriers. They were so understanding and worked with me so well through this. I’m still only in the beginning of my pregnancy, but so far they have been wonderful at making me feel comfortable!"
