"I use jacks for alterations. The work they do is fantastic. I send all my customers to them to them. George Wong is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them to anyone needing a tux or tailoring. They pressed my pants after hemming them and I was able to wear them two days in a row and the crease stayed nice and Sharp."
"I Just used Jack's Tuxedo for the first time this past weekend; my good friend was getting married, and all of us groomsmen had to rent tuxedos. A few months back, I came into the Gibsonia location, and Jack himself got all of my sizing for the Tux. He was very friendly, and professional. When this weekend finally arrived, I received a text message stating that my tux was ready for pick-up. I appreciated this text, because A) it reminded me, and B) it provided the store hours, so I knew when I would be able to stop in. I stopped to pick-up my tux, and George was working that day. George had me try everything on to make sure that it fit properly. He then re packaged everything, and sent me on my way. George was very friendly and professional as well! After the wedding, I returned my tux the following day; I was running a little late, so I called, and George was willing to stay a little after closing time for me. I could not be any happier with the service that I received at Jack's Tuxedo. I do not usually take the time to write reviews either, but they deserved it! I will definitely use Jack's in the future!"
"The choice of tuxedo styles is right with the latest fashion. ( I watch academy awards and most of the Hollywood shows to keep myself up to date with fashions). The rental price is great within the budget of a student to a professional. The most notable service Jack's stands out is that they do tapper or alter rental tuxedos to fit customers. I have not heard of such service for rental clothing before."
