"This is truly one of the worst daycares that I ever worked at. I wouldn’t recommend this daycare to my worst enemy. If you’re looking for a well rounded daycare for your kid to get a quality education then this is NOT the daycare for you. I wouldn’t recommend this location nor any of their other locations to my worst enemy. I actually don’t know how they even became a 3 star daycare. Their turnover rate is through the roof. I only worked here for a year and seen so many people come through there, it’s ridiculous. You’re constantly left out of ratio with little to no help and when you do ask for help you always get attitude. If I actually took time to read their reviews.. no way in a million years would I have accepted a job here."
"I went here for a work interview yesterday and I regret ever making that decision! I assume the lead teacher I was placed in the classroom with (Ms. Jalisa) was uninformed that I was coming because her attitude was very negative, very unprofessional, and very stand-off towards a guest (me). The toddler classroom had no structure to it whatsoever. The children didn’t know how to transition from activity to activity properly. There were several times Ms. Jalisa stopped taking her supervision from the children to attend to her paperwork that she complained she was so backed up on. When parents walked in to pick up their children they were not greeted properly, some weren’t greeted at all! The teachers didn’t help put the children’s coats on for the parents, nor did they inform the parents how the child’s day was. The classroom had no artwork hung up on the walls that the children completed. I couldn’t even begin to tell you what the students are currently learning. The toddler classroom was not set up in the proper centers and looks like something that was just thrown together. The happy birthday board in the classroom had five birthday hats on it with no students names and no students birthdays on it (what a joke)! The negative energy in the environment of the center was EXTREMELY THICK!!!! You could tell that a lot of the teachers were unhappy working there! Whenever I asked Ms. Jalisa where a classroom item was she had an attitude and acted like I wasn’t suppose to be asking her and she’s the current toddler teacher. When I asked for a dust pan to sweep up some crackers off of the floor Ms. Jalisa handed me a paper plate (I can’t make this stuff up)! Now how professional is that? After my work in interview I had to walk myself into the office to let the director Ms. Jenelle know that my hour was up. When I was asked how did I like my experience I just kept it brief and explained to her there wasn’t any structure in the toddler classroom. Her assistant director Stephanie made a face when I had given my opinion, but it was to be expected (people don’t like hearing the truth). I was told that they would ask Ms. Jalisa (the negative toddler teacher) how I did during my work in interview, but I wasn’t expecting a good report from her nor did I want to work at that center anymore! They didn’t have to beat around the bush with me, the center has cameras. ALSO... Stephanie (the assistant director) never introduced herself while she walked back and forth into the toddler classroom when I was in their doing my work in interview the entire time. I didn’t meet her and get her name UNTIL after I introduced myself as I was leaving because I guess it costs money these days to say hello, or to be kind. I observed and heard way too much within my one hour of being there! There are a lot of young women who work in there and are very unprofessional! For these people to work with other people’s children you would think that their attitudes would be more positive and more professional! Ms. Jenelle was a very nice person, but you could tell that she is oblivious to the type of teachers she has in her center! THERE ARE MANY BAD SEEDS WHO ARE CANCERS TO THE BUSINESS WORKING THERE! There’s no way I’d be a director allowing staff to work with children who have nasty attitudes and don’t have a passion for it! I wish I knew who the owners were so I could’ve left my complaints with them in regards to my experience! FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE EVERYTHING! I wish I could’ve given them zero stars because that was an hour of wasted time that I’ll never get back and a headache I did not need! If you’re looking to apply here for employment, DON’T!!! Save yourself the hassle and wasted time!"
