"The curves section has a great selection, I bought pants a few pair cotton mix & they are super comfy. Only thing I had issue with was one lady, she’s beyond rude. She’ll only be nice if you actually ask a question or talk to her a certain way - she’s always on the phone even when she’s ringing you up!! On the ear bud. And she does the calculations right, etc. but she doesn’t greet you whatsoever. She’s a dark skinned lady with glasses & one time she wouldn’t even let me exchange an item that I already had the tag on regardless. And She made me come back to the store - with the receipt. And every time, I’m there she won’t even smile unless like I said you specifically ask her something. Overall the store is nice. It’s alright. Good prices!!"

"don’t waste your time here!! the staff are really rude. this store needs to train their employees better. it’s like they hate their job. the last time i had a pleasant experience here was only one employee that was extremely attentive and helpful. she was either asian or spanish. i don’t see her anymore but she was the only person there with good customer service. the rest have really bad attitudes and act like you’re a nuisance."

"Today, I came to the store at 8:30 expecting to shop, however, the doors were already locked. It was myself and three other customers that were trying to shop. I understand that retail is not an easy job, but the hours of operation need to be honored. I was very disappointed."

"Rude staff, which is always the case when I come here. The clothes are nice and affordable, you get what you pay for. But cashier is clearly on the phone (via the AirPod) even then, I don’t care, as long as she did her job. Which she did poorly. Last time I was there she forgot to remove my security tag and I had to drive all the way back. This time took a look at the clothes, and shoes. The entire shoe area is covered in clearance signs, literally every single shelf. The price on the box I had matched the neon colors of the clearance sign. There is NO sign that specifies that only boots are clearance. It literally just says all clearance. I brought it up and stood there awkwardly for a few moments, apparently you need to tell the cashiers you’re buying from them, even though it should be obvious when I put a piece of merchandise on the counter. It’s their job to greet, not mine. Though even that I would’ve been fine with if it not for the snappy “it’s not” when I pointed out that the signs said clearance, an additional half off. I might have been willing to pay for the regular price had she not been so rude. I let her put it back. Won’t be too fond of returning here again"
