Coco's Chateau

"Coco's Chateau was the first and only stop on my wedding dress hunt. Joann is full of experience and knowledge. She is very honest and to the point, which I majorly respect. The style of dress I wanted was very particular (A Line, 3d florals or beading on the bodice, no train, delicate, illusion neckline, and pink or ivory). Joann showed me a few dresses that were close to what I wanted but not quite it. Then, she showed me a ballgown with what seemed like a 20 foot train and lifted up the top layers to show me that all of the volume could be removed during the fitting process. Between Joann and her lovely team, I walked away with my DREAM wedding dress. I still cannot believe how beautifully they altered this dress to fit me and my vision. I will be returning for any formal dresses I need in the future. and P.S. If you: don't like to follow rules, ignore cancellation policies, and require a coddled dress shopping experience this is not the shop for you. Her seamstress who has decades of experience took a size 6 dress and made it fit me (a size 12) beautifully. use that information how you will."

"I made an appointment to this place to get a mother of the groom dress I walked in the door and the lady asked me how she could help me. I told her I'm looking for a mother of the groom dress in the color black. She stopped short turned around and said oh I'm sorry I can't help you. I said what?... She said it was in between seasons and I asked her what couldn't I order it since the wedding isn't until January? She said no I can't!!!.. I immediately turned around and walked out!"

"If I could have gave 0 stars to get in here I would’ve. I made an appointment for my daughter to look for dresses. Due to unfortunate circumstances we are not able to make it. They have a 48 hr cancellation policy . I didn’t even make my appointment 48 hours prior . They were closed so I left phone messages and sent multiple emails. Called today when they opened Joanne wouldn’t have it. She was very rude and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. I was appalled by the way I was spoken to as a customer. I too being in a service buisness get the policies that are set. I didn’t have 48 to cancel but I did give more than 24 hours. They also acknowledged they got my emails to cancel. They want to charge $50.00 that’s ridiculous in this economy.I was going to reschedule but she was so nasty I’d never step foot in there."

"The most unwelcoming experience I have ever had walking into a store. Not a single person in the store and the first thing said was not hello-no greeting-but do you have an appointment? Now, working full time its hard to "schedule" a dress shopping time since weekends are so busy, but you would think on a Saturday afternoon a dress shop, not in the height of prom or anything, would maybe be a bit more accommodating. It's stunning that business would be turned away like that, especially when I am walking in with a potential six dress purchase-thousands of dollars. Also, I get the personal decision about masks-but what a turn off when the second thing said is do you have a mask. I would expect the mature ladies that I experienced would have a little more customer service experience. No thanks, I will support another small business and know next time to check reviews first-clearly not the only one to have a bad experience"
