"I was recommended to come here for alterations by the shop I bought my dress from. This place was incredible! So much so that my mom got her dress altered here too. It was such a welcoming and thorough experience - plus my alterations were done so quickly! Fast forward to the wedding day, I had guests ask if my dress was custom made 'because it looks like it was made for you'. I'm not sure if there is a higher compliment than that! Thanks to this shop and the incredible ladies that work there for making me (and my mom) look and feel amazing for such a special day"

"When I first started my dress journey, Debbie hosted us at the dress matters for the mimosa/brunch for me to try on some initial dresses. It was a fun social event, great space, and also I appreciated the staff's guidance in trying to find what style did and didn't work for me. Great small business feel; very attentive and helpful. I used their seamstress Courtney for a wedding dress, jumpsuit, and evening gown. She focused on making sure the fit looked good while also ensuring I felt comfortable in wearing the dress. Excellent quality of work; she was professional, while also making this a fun experience. I'm definitely going to use her again for future dresses, highly recommend!"

"The Dress Matters is a charming and intimate bridal boutique. We had our own little showroom (myself and 3 guests), and we were allowed to shop through the dresses. I chose this as one of my shops because they carry Tina Valerdi, and Debbie pulled every Tina Valerdi gown they had for me :) The selection is beautiful, and she was kind, patient, and friendly. She even stayed past my appointment time to help me. I posted pictures of my 2 favorite dresses at her salon. One of them is a sample dress for only $100!!!!! At the time of my visit, it was my top pick, and she graciously offered to hold it for 24 hours for me. Although I ultimately chose a dress from another boutique, I am so glad I came to The Dress Matters. Thank you!!!"
