"Sallie is an absolutely amazing piercing artist who makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed before she does the procedure. She makes sure your piercing is absolutely perfect and even before she pierces you and I really appreciate that about her. The studio is very friendly and warm right when you walk in and it's such a great environment to get some good tattoo work done or any piercing of your choice. I would recommend this shop to absolutely anyone who wants real professional work done!"
"this is seriously one of my favorite shops.. the artists are talented, the glass is dope, and the vibes are so wholesome. their sense of community is real. they promote local events, showcase work from local artists, and best of all, you can just come in and have a conversation with them. they won't care if you don't decide to buy something. to me, that's what sets them apart from other shops.. they're people-driven, not profit-driven. so if you're looking for a place to get ink or a piercing, hit up Dragonfly on Penn Ave. it's the place to be."
"Tattoo artist, Dave, hardly spoke at all even when I asked questions.. The place wasn't great but acceptable. My friend was happy with his tattoo, so I didn't check the progress as I should have. My tattoo looks so messy, like he wasn't paying attention to what he was doing. Seriously dude, this is my body, wake up ! No one I've showed it to even gets what it is supposed to be. Great, right? So, I'm in laser removal therapy now for this tattoo. Lucky there... the laser therapist says it was done so poorly, it'll be relatively easy to remove. It must be hit or miss with this guy. For me, it was a big waste of money, time, and pain. I hate to slam someone's business, but tattoos are serious business, at least for the customers, right? Good luck. SS"
"I got a tat there and I love it. They custom designed a tat with my family's initials over a tree of life. It came out great and the atmosphere is very calming. Great place for your first tattoo and women who don't care for the rough edged parlors."
