T-T's ToyBox Daycare 707 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136

"I've been trying to settle all the stuff needed for my son to start with them and so last Friday I called and made sure Nikki (daughter of the director) is working so I can drop the paperwork and ask a few other questions, Ms. T the director told me she will be there till 5 pm and I told them ill be there before noon. Arrived at the daycare Nikki was not there they said that she had gone out and be back shortly. I was carrying my 2-year-old son sleeping and did not even offer to sit in the waiting area while waiting for her. Instead, they said, "Just come back 'cause we can't let you in". I was shocked at how unprofessional they were and how rude they acted towards me and my kid! I'm desperate and in need of childcare but will never leave my son to them! I waited more than an hour outside of the care and still didn't get any call back so I decided to call them back again to see how long should I wait since I live on the other side of town they said at least 30 minutes, and I said okay I can wait for that. 30 minutes had gone and I still didn't get any call at all, thank God I left after that cause they didn't even bother to call all they to give any update! Very unprofessional!!"

"Our daughter goes to the new location in Bridgeville and she has been so much happier since we moved her here ! She has so much focus on her and literally never has diaper rash anymore because they actually change her throughout the day. We love Hope, Dee and TT !!!"

The teachers are amazing mind you I enrolled them 4 years ago & we all love it. Definitely the best daycare I enrolled my children in. & let’s not forget the owner she is very understanding & considerate of the families that she service. "TT’s ToyBox is an amazing facility, with great faculty and an Owner who is truly vested in the children she provides care for. Since enrolling my child at her McKees Rocks, PA location, I have noticed how much he enjoys going to daycare and seeing all of his buddies. Their daily agenda provides activities that are both fun as well as educational for my child’s development. Meals are provided which also helps me as a single parent on days when packing a lunch/ making breakfast are a little harder to accomplish. I love that all of the staff make it a point to get to know all of the parents as well as the children in other classrooms. I highly recommend checking out any 1 of her 2 locations, you will not be disappointed."
