"Mrs. Lorraine is such an incredible caring, loving lady. She has been caring for my son since he was a year and half, he is now four and half. I had previous issues with a daycare prior to her, then was suggested her by a family friend that took her kids to her. At first I was unsure about a in house child care but let me just tell you. Amazing is the word for her. My son absolutely loves this lady. She is so welcoming, loving, caring, everything. Hearing my son talk about her, just comforts me and let's me know when I am away from him at work, I know he is perfectly fine. Several times i will message her just to do check ups and her response let's me know I can continue my day with no issues. My son talks so much about her that my older daughter has referred several people to her for childcare. I highly recommend Mrs. Lorraine and feel she is absolutely amazing. If you could get reviews from kids about Mrs. Lorraine it would melt your heart. Highly, highly recommend"

"Ms. Lorraine has been part of my two children’s life for 8 years in March. She is beyond amazing. As working parents and parents involved within our community, she ALWAYS manages to work with our schedule with NO conflicts! Snow days, Holidays or summer breaks, Ms. Lorraine is available. When a parent can drop their kids off to a babysitter and not have to worry throughout the day, speaks volumes! Ms. Lorraine adores and loves every kid that walks through that front door like she does her own! The love and respect my two children receive from her and her family is beyond words. The friendships my son and daughter have made in Ms. Lorraine's home is more then words can describe! I have been saying for years that she is the best kept secret of Cortland! I will continue to recommend her to family and friends and I will continue to send my son and daughter to her home where they are always welcomed and loved! **Please note in the 8 years my son and daughter have been going to her home, not once have there ever been a problem and or issue!"

"My daughter has been going to Mrs.Taylor for roughly 6 months now, and honestly I’m so glad I chose her. My daughter is so comfortable with the atmosphere Mrs Taylor provides and she loves going there. Everytime we pull up to Mrs Taylor’s home my daughter gets so excited! Mrs.taylor has been so great with her and teaching her new skills everyday even though I know how hard it is to watch my child (thanks to terrible twos). She is always keeping in contact with me when I text her 50 times a day to ask how my daughter is and she send me pictures and videos to brighten my day! I wouldn’t want my daughter going anywhere else! 5/5 would recommend her!! ❤️"

"This is my mother's center. She is the most kind, caring person ever! Oftentimes, too much so. She is empathetic and understanding, and literally the most amazing human being. I'm almost 25, my mom has been caring for children in her home since my early teens. I went to school for early childhood, I've been a nanny, and now work at a daycare center all because of my mom! She inspired me and continues to do so. Your family would be absolutely LUCKY to go to my mom's."
