"They're really great! I bought quite a bit of Filson luggage and the next day they emailed an offer to everyone on their list for a percentage off Filson. They still honored it even though I already bought it. They were very responsive and followed up about shipping questions, as I really needed it the next day (I was moving to the UK that week). Overall a caring company and they were polite too!"
"If you buy anything from this store, make sure it's something you really want. Because you are not allowed to return anything. Ever. I found this out the hard way. I went to buy a blouse at Hanks and found one that I liked. It was on the 50% off rack. Before the woman cashed me out I asked if I could return the blouse. She said yes. but when I went to cash out I found out differently. The woman who cashed me out rang out my purchase, then I noticed the price she charged me was $80. She then told me that it was "another blouse, not the one I had. She had already charged my credit card the $80. And no, I could not have my money refunded because they do not refund money back to your account. Ever." So I now have a $85 credit to a store that I will never shop at again. So yes, I was charged $80 for a shirt that I thought was onsale, but wasn't because the prices were not clearly displayed, and I will not be allowed to get my money back."
