"Absolutely loved my experience here! Bridal is by appointment but for good reason, as the bridal suite was private for me and my guest with no interruptions - not to mention the bridal consultant was super sweet and listened to my requests and what I was looking for! The formal gowns downstairs are absolutely stunning too! I have recommended all the teen in my family to visit them for prom and other events because WOW! So pretty! Seems like many rude reviews on here are entitled people with little respect for others or small businesses. Unfortunately happy customers tend to not think about leaving reviews so I really wanted to highlight how great this business is! Highly recommend for any occasion you need a beautiful dress."

"I work with people with disabilities to help them become independent and live a wonderful and carefree life , these people in here are just rude and disgusting , they have horrible customer service and act like they own the world , very stuck up I don't recommend this place at all"

"First time I went it was fine(a year ago) so we went again, this time my sister and I were told we were not allowed to purchase anything without a parent (went with a friend and their mom). Not all parents are available to go shopping so what’s the point, money is money. Also not allowed to take pictures which is important while dress shopping. Did not enjoy being reminded that we could not purchase anything so we stood around and watched my friend try stuff on. They don’t allow you to put stuff on hold either which also makes dress shopping hard."

"Came in to try on a couple of dresses and I had such an amazing experience! Shayna was a huge help getting the dresses in and out of the dressing and helping tie up the back of the dresses! She was so nice! Definitely recommend asking for her when coming to pick out your dress!"

I called in advance to confirm there would be a wide selection of ball gown dresses in specific sizes for a client I was styling for a Christmas concert event. They had a huge selection of dresses in a variety of sizes and styles. So flattering and glamorous! We found not one, but two gorgeous dresses that fit exactly the classic 50-60's starlet style my client was going for. What an amazing place!
