"All we ordered was 2 scoops of ice cream and a flurry. It took over 25 mins to get them. Let alone the fact that there was only one customer in line when we arrived. Then they gave me the wrong ice cream. I Will never be back!"

"Soft serve is really good, very generous sizes. Hard ice cream is good if that's what you like... Kiddos seem to enjoy it. Haven't tried the food."

"Really enjoy the ice cream and variety of flavors. Just got the spicy chicken sandwich which was bigger than the bun. They will make everything your way even the ice cream. Milk shakes are the right consistency. They are super friendly making it easy to go back. Ask for the ice cream sandwiches to go. We love to fill up our freezer of them."

"Posting as a Vendor: Kris and Mark were SO gracious as we used their parking lot for a temporary sale. We are not from this area, and we were pleasantly surprised at the loyal following Mack’s has built. The food is all homemade, fairly priced, clean building, and the owners/staff are the ABSOLUTE SWEETEST. Wish I could give them 100 stars!!"
