Well you can't get it exactly like what I got I say. I chose my own type of everything !!! Material, color ect.. But you can go and buy the same kind of purse I have."

"Customer service was horrible. The lady was nice at first but then quickly turned rude when I expressed that I thought the jacket needed taken in some. Told me she couldn’t fix and would rather just refund me if I wasn’t happy ( i was it just didnt fit properly) came back the next day to return it and now all the sudden she can only give me half of my money back instead of the full refund because “she wasnt eating the cost cuz he changed his mind” he didnt change his mind, it didnt fit properly. Totally unsatisfactory and wouldn’t recommend based on the lack of customer service skills"

"Cindy was wonderful to deal with. I had a couple of shirts that were too long and called them up to see if they could shorten them. I brought them in and she said yes of course.
