My husband passed away almost 1 years already, and I called to cancel everything, including with Accident coverage. ..we called 1000 time clear about that , but still charging money from my bank and mail to my house. How I can clear with your company? Horrible company , How I can trust with life insurance company?? In America? All friends... before you decide to buy life insurance make sure you check all reviews from them . I have very bed experience with this company."

"I made contact with this company because I am receiving multiple letters in the mail as if I had contracted with these guys or do any type of business with them, for which I do not. If I had contracted with this company, it's not to my recollection. Each time I make contact through the phone to see if an account exists in my name, it's never positive. I'm calling to verify such matters of an account in my name for cancellation and now I aim to report them to the BBB, because I believe it's a fraud. I have no recollection of creating this contract, when I spoke on my facts, immediately the personnel hung up the phone. I called back to make the personnel Ms Wilma to be exact aware of my next steps, which is to contact the BBB and also to put a report on Google before I move to file the police report. This company claim is to sell life insurance, which is not a good place of business, especially if you're in a state of grief. Why show ignorance if you're operating in the public sector? Please be aware and avoid at all costs just for peace of mind during a loss of life, not a good company. Uneducated and disrespectful staff when it comes to communication."
