"i have never experienced worst customer service and i am not usually one to leave a review. the check engine light of my car came on and i called to schedule an appointment. the whole time i was on the phone the lady was being overall rude and giving me an attitude when i was trying to be polite and work with her. a few days later i showed up for my appointment and decided to wait as they checked out my car. i was sitting in the receptionist area where the same girl was there answering the phone. Again, she was giving an attitude to the customer on the other end of the line and once she hung up she started talking rudely about the conversation. in addition the people who were working on the cars were all cursing at one another and complaining. the guy working on my car didn’t even check to see if anything additional was wrong with my car and just scanned my car for a code and sent me off. when i asked for a readout of the scan they did not give me one after asking THREE times"
"Paul and Sandy are great. I had my 07 yukon in for service for a fuel pump and rear main seal and they did excellent work. Highly recommend their service and will definitely be using them again in the future."
