"I wanted to follow up on my husbands review and add to it. My husband left a review and Roger Carney responded and asked him to reach out to them to understand the issue. My husband has now left two messages with the receptionist and both times was told they will get back to him ASAP. It has been over a week with no calls or messages. To reiterate our experience, we reached out to Roger Carney to troubleshoot an odor coming from the upstairs bathroom. They removed a small amount of hair from the drain and said that was the cause. We understand odors can be difficult to find. However, we reached out to another plumber and he was able to pinpoint the exact cause within minutes of being at our home. I’m giving a rating of 1 star due to inexperience of their plumbing staff and charging someone $195 for a ten minute visit. When you break it down, that’s equivalent for a plumber getting $1,200/hr. Go elsewhere with your business and find a company who cares AND knows what they’re doing."

"We reached out to Roger Carney to troubleshoot an odor coming from the upstairs bathroom. Upon investigation they removed hair and believed that was the cause of the odor. Nope. Called another plumber who was able to show exactly what the cause was within minutes. 1 star based on a $195 charge for hair removal and 15 minute visit."

"I just recently closed on a new home and found some plumbing issues on my walk-through. One of them was the water meter that was leaking. When the water dept guy came to replace it he gave me 3 recommendations for plumbers and this was the first place I called. They gave me a fair price to replace the main valve as well as the valve after the meter which were both leaking. I also had a problem with a leaking drain pipe from the laundry room in to the basement. They fixed everything quickly and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend."

"today i got 2 basic toilet bidget installed , a very simple task which anyone can do. Only reason why i needed to use there service was to have the hard water supply line change to flexible which I had all the tools and parts provided. He charged almost three time more than the cost of the part. I understand labor is expensive but this was a complete ripoff ."
