"I have been with this insurance company for over 10 years and never called them once. I call them for the first time for assistance. I was emailed a quote and td to call by 8/21 to pat. I call 8/19 and the person on the other end says that they need verification and there is nothing she can do so I have to pay an EXTRA 100 dollars to renew my policy. She said it's Friday right before 5pm. I asked for the manager and she said there is no one. I asked for the owner and she told me well obviously his name is Sciolla since the name is sciolla insurance. There are several companies that dont have the owner's name.I asked her name and she refused to tell me. I called back several times and she kept picking up and hanging up on me and then said if I call back she will call 911. Loke serious. . The worst customer service ever. So crazy they can take money all these years and then the FIRST time I call for assistance treated horribly. Hopefully a manager or owner error reads this review and calls me."

"Good: -Progressive insurance coverage was great/worth it. -Originally $215 for full coverage of a brand new vehicle Bad: -Deplorable customer service -Consistently raises rates via loss of discounts -This agency is manipulative and vindictive -Bait you with a low premium and switch you to a high premium a month later All in all, choose Progressive. Just choose another agency. Sciolla is too unethical and unprofessional for anyone with an ounce of self respect or dignity."
