"So disappointing. It’s impossible to get in contact with anyone here. I’ve had a couple different adjusters and they NEVER pick up the phone and respond days later, not great when you have to file a claim or get information that’s time sensitive. Even the agency and everyone from my dealership to different body shops says they are notorious for being hard to contact. My adjuster was extremely rude and not helpful at all when I was having issues with the my car repair. I’m not one to write reviews but after my last two experiences with them, I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t use this company unless you want you want your time wasted and a never ending headache."

"Worst customer service. My claims agent Linda LeDonne was incompetent. I had to go out, find video proof, get the video sent then follow up with the other company because she, her manager, TImothy Beadling and his supervisor Nicole Sherrill did NOTHING. We are switching insurance companies. Do NOT get insurance from these people. They take your money but don't want to work for you when you have a claim"

"ROBYN FRIEDMAN is terrible at her job I called multiple days before my vehicle was to be dropped off to get a rental she forgot all about it had to call her back a couple weeks later to see if I could retrieve a rental car still after mines been in The shop for over a week and the rental places are all booked out now, this is the worst insurance company I’ve had"

"This company has issues with latency when following up with a claim. Do not care about how they effect the customer when we are in need of their services. Was told my appraisal would be within 24 hours of filing my comprehensive claim and now at hour 72 still have yet to have appraisal completed. Will be looking for coverage elsewhere once this issue is resolved. I would not recommend these guys to anyone and would compare them to a scam artist quick to take your money to provide coverage but extremely slow moving when you actually need them."

"I've been with PNI for at least 10 years, and for most of that time, I was very happy with the company. But something has changed with they way they operate over the past 2-3 years. They have begun performing surprise inspections on our home and giving us 30 days to make changes as significant as replacing our entire roof. After we filed a claim for part of the roof damage due to hail - SURPISE! - a new inspection "discovered" additional problems. These "problems" were with the slope of a porch roof, which has not changed in the 8 years I have owned the home. But suddenly they were an issue. We were also accused of having a leaky porch roof, even though we were able to provide video evidence to the contrary. This company is only interested in being punitive to its customers when they file a claim, and they have no interest in SERVING their customers whatsoever. Please, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere."
