Mr. England even texted me on Christmas will several questions regarding the water heater. This was on Christmas day! How many people do that? He scheduled his techs. to come in the morning the day after Christmas. They analyzed the problem and it turned out I needed a new heater. Bottom line is they were back after lunch to install the new heater. They were efficient and customer focused, answering all of my questions. The price was competitive. I highly recommend them."
