"Originally called another service that never got back to me. My girlfriend, cats and myself froze all night. Called J&J at 7am and they were here by 8:15. Brian was very informative about what he was doing and why. He gave my system a thorough look over. I forgot to leave the money with my girlfriend, but he said he would just bill me instead. I expected to pay about $500 but only got charged less than $300. Will definitely use again."
