"Ordered one of your doors through Lowe’s took 5 months to get talked with many people got lied to by quite a few. Talked With Morgan Andersen and sent an email to Gail Crine. The customer service was not there. You could not locate my door I had to do the foot work myself. In the end to be told you can take this or we will not delivery the door. Lowe’s was very helpful but Wayne Dalton and Overhead Garage Door who owns them is not there to help there customers just pass the buck."

"My husband and I bought a home with your garage doors installed. The home is 3 years old. The stain on the garage doors has faded on 3 of the 4 doors (the previous owners didn't keep it up) and we have attempted several times to acquire the Clay stain color the doors came in so that we can touch them up. We are being told by your sales associate the color is proprietary. So uh, please tell me what home owners are suppose to do for touch ups etc.?? Why can't I purchase the stain? Automobile makers don't sell you a car without offering a way to buy touch up paint! Please, please let me know how I can obtain a matching stain so I don't have to replace 4 garage doors and spend thousands of dollars (which is what your associate told me I would have to do in order to get that matching color?!)"
