"How would you feel if you got rear ended and then was told by the insurance at fault that you were responsible for paying for some of the damage? I was involved in an accident with someone who had this insurance and was clearly at fault. The insurance adjusted never answered or returned my phone calls then sent me a check that didn't even come close to covering the damaged of my vehicle according to the lowest estimates I was able to obtain from a mechanic. They didn't send an adjuster out to assess the damage and didn't send me a copy of their estimate. I was told that I am responsible for finding someone who can do the work for that price. This company takes advantage of victims, is unprofessional, and unpleasant to work with. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with them."
