"I have been trying to resolve an issue with my insurance for over a week. My old cobra insurance has not been removed therefore, my insurance from my new employer is not in effect. I have literally spent over five hours on the phone and gotten nowhere. Requests for a supervisor end up with me being on endless hold. This situation effectively leaves me without health insurance that I have paid for."

"I would give them ZERO if I could. The Customer Service Group is TOTALLY USELESS. UHC has accumulated insurance companies over the years and NONE OF THEM SPEAK TO EACH OTHER AND NONE OF THEM HAVE THE SAME DATABASE even though they are all "United Healthcare"! So I report a death of an insured for one policy and the other continue to make payment withdrawals for the deceased from another group. Now I have to chase them for refunds and every rep I spoke to either said "I will take care of that" or "I will have a "Manager" contact you within XXX hours" and of course no one ever calls back. STAY AWAY!!!!!"
