"This company CLEARLY lacking direction, basic decision making, and general business knowledge. The underwriter actually stated That we would have to "shut down our website page because the pictures on there are not a representation of the vehicles owned??? Yes they are called catalog pictures, and probably 90% of all websites use this to represent goods or service they are selling. That coupled with their prices being about 50% more than everyone else, and to top it off say they will accept your business state they will cover you while taking over 2 weeks you read that right 2 weeks to make a "final decision" only if they actually will accept your business, this while they require a deposit to initiate the policy. Have had Livery insurance with many companies, but no longer with this on.. Do yourself a favor RUN, don't walk to the nearest competitor you can find, you can do much better. I made the mistake for you... you can do better elsewhere. *** NOW IT IS SEP.25th STILL NO REFUND BY THIS COMPANY.."
