"Opened a box of Ashtons only to find half of them had mold on it. Took the box back less than 15 minutes after purchasing it only to be told they cannot refund me since the box is now open. How am I supposed to know the merchandise is spoiled if I don’t open it? Poor products, service, and management. Will never go back again and happy to drive a few more miles to a professional cigar shop. Strongly suggest avoiding this place at all costs."
