"My advice to anyone buying anything in this store is to open it before you leave and make sure it works. Apparently, even though it says 7 days on the receipt, management will either grant the return or not. I bought the same product twice..the first time when the product didnt work upon opening it, I was able to go back the same day and they honored the return. This time i bought the same thing again, took it home and again it didnt work. Now I have 2 full time jobs and not alot of time because I work both 4 days a week. When I bought this I was on my way to work so there was no way for me to make it back before they closed. So literally only 2 days passed and i went to return it tonite before they closed and was outright refused simply because it wasnt the same day..so now I am out close to $30 because of it. You would think they would be ok with at least swapping it out as long as its within the 7 day period. My question is, why even advertise the 7 days on the receipt if you are only going to honor someone returning it the same day. Just say that instead of leading ppl to believe they have a chance of returning it in the 7 days. Not a happy camper. Again to anyone going here make sure you check that it works before you leave, otherwise you will be out of luck."
