Carla's Corner Cafe

"We've been eating here for a few years. When we found this gem of a place, there was only counter seating and now they have a full restaurant with multiple employees. Always very friendly courteous staff, excellent fresh made food and desserts. Has been so amazing to see this place flourish like it has. Everyone we have recommended to try Carla's has loved it and been a repeat customer. Thank you Carla, family and staff!!!"

"We drive a half hour to go here! It’s amazing! Great food, great people, cool atmosphere. Our first trip in, they knew we were new. We’ve gone about 5 times since and they recognize and remember us every time. They are so personable and kind. And their food is delicious and original! Definitely give it a shot if you haven’t yet!"

"The limited time double bacon burger was literally the best I've ever had. The sour dough was bomb. I've started coming here since moving back and this is the best place in the area no doubt about it. I highly recommend!"

"Not real familiar with this town and thought this cafe would be hard to find but it wasn't. The cafe is located within an antique store and the signage is more prominent for the store. I like multi-use establishments like this. Cafe has tables, booths, and some counter space too. We were told it would be about a twenty minute wait from order to food on table. Appreciated that. Wife checked out the store while waiting. Food was as ordered, coffee was good. and price wasn't bad considering how cost of eating out has gone up. Street parking available and a couple of free parking lots very close. Columbiana seems to be a nice little town with shops and other places to eat in this central area of town. Would like to return some time."

"Very mixed experience on a Saturday visit after lunch. The good — wife ordered apple bacon grilled cheese which she enjoyed and our son ordered French toast with bacon which he enjoyed. He also ate my Cafe Hash which he liked Prices were reasonable in this day and age. The bad — The waffles I had were overly done and unfortunately led to disappointing meal for me. I would have sent them back, but in took 45+ minutes from sitting down to receiving our meal. I did not mention it to the waitress because of how busy it was and she was working hard. Upon checkout they asked me how the meal was and I did mention the waffles, and they gave me 10% off which I appreciated-and as a result upgraded the stars for this review. Bottom line Make sure you have plenty of time if you decide to eat here on a weekend as things are made to order. We will give the place another chance in the future and update our review then. But definitely visit on a weekday instead of Saturday"
